Process Improvement Workshop("Kaizen Event" or "Rapid Improvement Event")
This is a focused three day to one week event targeting a specific process for immediate improvement. Pre-event planning determines the scope of the effort, the people needed and the supporting resources required. During the event cause-effect relationships are identified and a series of countermeasures developed and implemented resulting in improved outputs using less resources. The foundation for long term continuous improvement is also implemented.
Practitioner Development and Coaching
Trained Green Belts and Black Belts as well as others with background in Process Improvement become an even greater advantage to long term success with systematic development and direction during problem solving activities. This customized service provides a combination of on-site support, progress review and consultation and one-to-one coaching to fully develop the ability to achieve the results expected from the Adaptive Lean Six Sigma methodology.
